Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Great slim shoe

I wore SAS for many years. I was a nurse and SAS shoes were the only ones I wore at work. I am now retired and the SAS. store is no longer in Northern Virginia. So did not buy SAS for many year. I kept buying shoes I could try on but never got a good fit. I saw an ad and ordered a pair. There are very few shoes that are “slim”. These are fantastic, my heel needed support and these give me that. Will not be the last SAS

Love my loafers!

I have a hard time finding shoes I like, that suit my needs, and most importantly, FIT. I have lived all my life with skinny (AAA) feet. (My mom had AAAA. Talk about thin…) I can wear AA, and try to make Medium work, but of course, the true A-AA-AAA-AAAA are no longer easy to find. My feet also are thin from top to bottom, which often is the big issue. SAS/NOLA happens to have loafers in several colors that actually fit my feet! I am thrilled. LOVE THEM.
