We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges and store credit returns are free.
Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.
  • Returns must be shipped back with the shoe box inside of a cardboard shipping box. DO NOT ship back the shoes by taping the SAS shoe box and placing the labels directly on there. We recommend using the same box we shipped the order to you with originally.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (shoe box).
  • To complete your return, the product must have been purchased from SASnola and SASnola.com. We cannot accept returns from other SAS locations or stores.
  • Instructions will emailed to you 3 days after the order is placed.
  • We will provide you with a Prepaid Return Label upon submission. $6.95 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return your order for a refund to your original payment method. This fee does NOT apply on Exchanges and store credits.  Please call or email us if you do not receive the prepaid return label after submitting your exchange or return request.
  • Gift Cards and Store Credits are non-refundable, except when required by state law.
