SAS Free Time - Walking Shoe

I bought a pair of these 10-12 years ago, and I finally had to throw them out. I have very wide feet, and there are a limited number of options out there. I first purchased these because they were warm, dressy enough to wear out to a nice occasion, and looked durable. They are also comfortable, and they have stood the test of time. I do not think they are particularly pretty, but they aren't terrible either. They go with most pants, including jeans. They are sturdy, solid, go-to shoes that fit well. While I wore them shopping, out to eat, and even to church, once in a while I wore them out on shorter unexpected hikes. They still held up! As much as I wore the original pair, it's amazing that they lasted as long as they did. They finally got to a point where they wouldn't take polish on the scuff marks any more. After looking at all the other options, I came back not only to SAS, but back to this exact shoe again. It's worth the price, and I'm happy to have the exact same shoe for another 10-12 years. I will say that both of my pair have been in the "teak" color. It is deep, rich, and really does go with just about everything!

I bought 3 pair of these walking shoes more than 2 years ago in blue, black and beige. They are in my hard to find size of 5.5. They are very comfortable and compliment my outfits. My beige pair got caught in a door, so I ordered a replacement. The others are beginning to show wear, and I will definitely be replacing them this year. Great shoe!!

I have narrow feet and really narrow heels. These are the only shoes that fit me properly.

The only decent looking shoe that fits all the different braces I have worn for the last 20 years. Very comfortable and makes the walking steady and better for balance. And now the black and blue colored leather has improved greatly! Hurrah!!!

My only "complaint" is that the shoes are a little large at the heel.
