Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

the shoe that fits...

I have owned six pair of Twins over the last twenty five years and recently purchased my 7th. Fits as it always has. Perfectly. For my long foot bed, with tall toes, this shoe supports and looks stylish, holds up for years. Delighted with the service from SASNOLA and the SAS product.

Disappointed

Very disappointed that when my shoe came and it indicated size it was too big. I just ordered another in different color and fit exactly like it should which is why I ordered a different color which ended being at least 1/4 in too long even though it was marked the same as my previous pair.
