Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Best Shoes Ever

I owe every casual shoe made by SAS. My feet have changed due to arthritis. And all of my SAS shoes were 8.5 WW, still the most comfortable. However, when I saw that there were 3W shoes for women, I jumped on the site and ordered the shoe size 8.5 3W. I waited with anticipation for their arrival. When I put them on, it felt like I had put on the most comfortable shoe I had worn in a long time. I have tried top brands and cheapest shoes and never found a shoe that I didn't have to think about the whole time I had them on—just waiting for the time I could take them off. I hope that more styles will be made in 3W.

Lace Up Sneaker

I had to order twice to get my correct size (My fault) and I ended up with the narrow width. They're so good for my feet, comfortable and easy to wear all day. They actually make my feet look somewhat dainty, and if that can happen with a size nine, they've got to be pretty special. I wear them with jeans, linen pants, skirts and dresses. I have mostly worn SAS for the last 20 years, and this pair of white sneakers has me convinced not to waste my time looking at other brands. I'm also delighted to find SAS Nola; you folks are so easy to deal with, and of course I'll wear SAS for Mardi Gras! Thank you so much for your across-the-country store---I'd have to drive 40 or 50 miles to the nearest SAS shop; it's much easier to sit in my California kitchen and order your shoes.

I use SAS shoes because you have a size that fits my narrow foot. I have the sneakers in 3 colors and have 2 pair of flats. I have used your shoes for many years now. That's where I immediately go to look when I want/need a new pair.
