Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Since I NEED A SIZE 10 1/2 SHOE IN NARROW and THE SHOES ALSO HAVE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A REMOVABLE INSOLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY ORTHOTICS I GENERALLY HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME FINDING THEM. THE ONLY SHOE STORE IN OUR AREA WHERE I HAD ALWAYS BEEN SUCCESSFUL SINCE 1965 FINALLY CLOSED A YEAR AGO. AFTER MUCH SEARCHING I DECIDED TO TRY TO ORDER FROM SAS SHOES DIRECTLY AND TAKE A CHANCE ON A MAIL ORDER. THE FIRST PAIR OF DRESSIER SHOES RAN A TAD TOO LARGE. AFTER A PHONE CALL THE RETURN WAS FREE AND REALLY NO PROBLEM AT ALL. I WAS SENT ANOTHER PAIR THAT FIT PERFECTLY!
PLUS MY SPORTY WALKING SHOES FIT AS THEY ALWAYS HAD.

Best walking shoes I have ever had

I am replacing the same SAS shoes that I have worn for over two years. I have used them almost continuously for casual wear, walking on irregular terrain and prolonged standing. I am not a young woman, but I feel like one even after the end of a long day on my feet, walking or standing. I will still continue to use my old SAS shoes (they are not wearing out yet), for casual wear, but decided to get a new pair for the next year of walking adventures.

11.5 size shoes

This past year I found my foot had gotten longer than my size 11 shoes and was causing toe problems. Not many shoe makers make 11.5 I have other SAS so ordered the sneakers. They feel and fit a bit on the large size.

My 9 Narrow feet!

It's very difficult to find shoes to fit my size 9 narrow feet with my foot orthotics for my leg discrepancy of nearly 2 inches. This shoe does it! I can walk without my right foot slipping out of my shoe due to the orthotic (without the insoles) and better yet, it is narrow enough for my super narrow feet! They are quality made to the max! Thanks so much for having something I can wear comfortably!
