Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Comfort and style

I wear women’s tour mash, sneaker, double wide. SAS is the only place I can find a double wide. The sneakers are well-made and so comfortable. I’ve been wearing SAS for years for work and play. I have always gotten an extra set of leases with the sneakers. They are also made in America so there’s no tariffs!!

My Favorite Brand

I have arthritis in my feet and have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable. I always shop for SAS shoes when I need walking shoes, dress shoes or sandals. The walking shoes I recently purchased are comfortable and supportive. They look good, too-not too clunky. I bought the Tour Mesh Silver in 6.5W.

Awkward

I would truly love the shoes but they are very heavy and awkward to walk in. I think maybe given time and a break in period they will be fine. For some reason they make my feet look really large. I know wearing an 11 1/2 shoe is not the best look but these shoes are really clunky looking. They almost remind me of shoes that are really men’s shoes but sell to women in a size comparable to the men’s size and that’s why they look big on my feet . Sorry for the less than stellar comments.

Great shoe but need laces

I have worn these shoes for many years and up until recently I always received an extra pair of laces. You do not offer laces for sale on your website so I am forced to purchase from ebay at $8 to $10 a pair. Please offer replacement shoe laces.
