Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Best shoes ever

I have been wearing SAS shoes for the last 15 years for work. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. The quality of their shoes is like no other. Customer service is wonderful. Once I figured out what shoe was the best fit for me and my job I just order on line and it’s delivered in immediately. I know that they may be a little pricey but the quality and comfort of these shoes will make up for that.

Best Mary Jane shoes ever

I love my Mary Jane SAS shoes. They are stylish with jeans or dress up and are very comfortable. I hope to get another pair in a different color.

These are beautiful and would be as incredibly comfortable as my other SAS shoes, but the style rubs my bunions. They are exchanging them for Roamers. SASnola is great to work with!

Good shoes but....

I purchased these shoes for a resident in a nursing home. Although the shoes were very well made and comfortable to have on her feet, they were so heavy that she could hardly walk in them. When you are ninety years old you really don't need extra weight to lug around and possibly cause you to fall. Returning the shoes was easy but not free.

Bought once again!

I believe this is my third pair of the Mary Jane’s. Wore my first two pairs most all the time. Then my bone bone arthritis in my ankles got worse and I went to walking athletic shoes. Just tried my Mary Jane’s on again about two weeks ago and it’s all I’ve worn. I can walk so much better in these shoes so that’s all I’m wearing. I just wish they also came in an 11 1/2 or 12 because within the next six months I’m sure these will be too tight in my toes. Your sizes are true to the US size charts! All other shoes made in China or someplace else you have to get a bigger size to fit Than you normally wear. But SAS shoes fit right on the mark. I’m so grateful.
