Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Return process issue

I am returning the Gretchen boots as they didn’t fit properly and it’s costing me to return them. I had already ordered a second pair of boots so this was not considered an exchange. Difficult to get correct fit when ordering online. Do not appreciate being charged to return purchase for a refund. I will not be ordering again from this store. While I understand your philosophy, the price of the shoes over power the need to charge a restocking fee.

GREAT SHOES AND SERVICE

I wear a brace that attaches to my SAS alpine that has a steel plate inserted in the sole. This pair has lasted almost 2 years of 16 hour days and shows very little wear! I will never buy any other shoe!!! Oh, and they are the only shoe I can find for narrow feet!! Over $200. Seemed expensive to me, but they are worth every penny!! And I got my order in two days!!

I like these boots

The black "Gretchen" ankle boots turned out to be a good purchase for me--I had already worn the blue version for hiking, and just for walking around outdoors, with jeans, but I hadn't considered the black boots until I fell and twisted my ankle--and had a hard time finding comfortable shoes that looked decent and gave my ankles good support--but these do that, including when I'm wearing a dress with black leggings. So I now consider these my dress-up ankle boots.

Attractive, but uncomfortable

I usually find SAS shoes extremely comfortable--I own a number of pairs--but these were disappointing, and I returned them. The side of the shoe bit into the side of my foot, which would have made walking extremely painful.
