Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Great Sandal

I have several pair of SAS sandals and they work well for me providing the support I need to keep my right foot from rolling. They are a welcome change from the clunky tennis shoes that I have been wearing.

They are the most uncomfortable shoes ever from SAS

They are not flexible, Straps cannot be extended because they are thick and not flexible. I have two different size feet d/t surgeries. Rt. is 2 sizes smaller than the Lt. The relaxed style has been my go to for years. The last two pair of shoes I have waited to try them until after the thirty days so could not return them.

Slides

I like these slides, they have a good comfortable footbed and they are good looking. Fits true to size, I bought a size 9 medium and feels pretty nice and lightweight for around the house or quick errands. Bought both colors.

I ordered a 9W and when it arrived it was too big. I thought trying to exchange it would be a huge hassle but this company was super easy to work with. I just emailed them that it was too big. They immediately sent the size I needed even before they’d received the other pair back! It was the most painless exchange I’ve ever done and the sandals are wonderful. Cant recommend this company enough and of course SAS makes a wonderful sandal.

I purchased the conga sandal in desert sage. Not only are they beautiful, they are comfortable as well. They look great with neutral colors as well as olive and khaki.
