Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

Great shoes

I have worn SAS shoes for many years. The relaxed sandals are great, my go to shoe In summer. The Mary Jane is great with closed toe. And most recently the Bliss shoe. Only shoes I wear for comfort.

Just what I've been looking for

These are so classy looking while also being extremely comfortable. Bliss Black gives me confidence when I have to go to an occasion, that I have a nice looking pair of shoes in my closet. They fit perfectly (10 wide). I haven't worn them outside yet, but I love knowing I have them for when the next occasion comes up. It's so hard to find good looking shoes for my feet and age. These are perfect.

Bliss Black - exceptional

Comfortable and most attractive shoe. The addition of a slight wedge is most appealing and makes me feel so much taller!! This shoe has carried me through all day wear. Even my right knee (which will have surgery soon) was smiling!
