Tips for Measuring and Fitting

- Remember, when we go up in size, the width will also increase.
- All styles fit differently.

- Many customers may require doctor recommended orthotics. Inserts may require added depth in the shoe and make it fit differently, so try to account for this adjustment.

The SAS Difference

History

Over 45 Years of Experience

Started in 1976 with just 13 shoemakers in San Antonio, Texas. Today SAS Shoes are available across the globe.

While our numbers have grown, our mission has not. Our customer’s comfort comes first, and together we make that comfort possible.

Handcrafted Quality

Striding Towards Perfection

Just one pair of shoes may go through 100 different steps before completion. No corners are cut when manufacturing SAS Shoes.

Approximately 80 different skilled pairs of hands touch each shoe to make sure the SAS shoes you choose are the best made pair of footwear in your closet.

Continued Heritage

Staying True to Our Mission

The SAS mission is to create the most comfortable shoes in the world.

SAS Shoes are still manufactured in Texas, just as they were 40+ years ago. Our shoes are handcrafted from only the softest, highest quality leather.

There are 14 primary operations that take place in the Texas factories like leather selection, die-making, cutting, lasting and more. Each pair is made from the finest global materials available.

New Shoes

just purchased a pair of "Move on Brown" SAS shoes recently, and wore them for the first a few days ago. They were very comfortable and I wore them all day.

Great fit and comfort

I like to walk, but I have feet that are quite narrow with collapsed arches. Most shoe companies have either 1 or 2 widths that are too wide. Not only does SAS have my width, they have my size with many styles and colours to choose from. The shoes are light, well made and really are designed for walking (vs running). Bravo and thanks!

Comfort and Elegance

I’ve been using SAS shoes for a number of years because they are well made and durable. My feet are complicated because of bunions and peripheral neuropathy. Despite these problems, SAS shoes are a the only ones that my feet can tolerate. Furthermore, my SAS shoes have a classical elegance.

Perfect!

My 7th pair of Sass shoes. Having had several ankle surgeries including full replacement, excellent shoes are essential. Sass fills the need.
