Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster option in checkout to prioritize your shipment.

We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. For free shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and store credit returns are free.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This only applies to refunds to your original payment method. Exchanges and store credit returns will not incur this $6.95 deduction.

I ordered Me Too 9.5 WW. The velcro strap is not long enough to reach the velcro. I've learned from telephone clls that the velcro strap is the same length on all shoes. That's the dumbest thing I've heard. No one at SAS has figured out that on a DOUBLE WIDE WW shoe the strap should be longer than on a NARROW or WIDE shoe??? Now after paying $194 for the shoes that need adjustment I have to pay more money to have new straps attached. How is that my problem? How is it that I should have to pay for something that SAS was not smart enough to figure out in the first place??? Then I'm also told it'll be 2-3 weeks before I'll receive the new straps. You mean, again, SAS is not smart enough have a supply of longer straps all ready made ahead of time & ready to send to customer. SAS you used to be a good company that I've purchased shoes from for decades but I'm pretty sure this will be the last pair of shoes I purchase from SAS. SAS currently has lousy designer/manufacturer and customer service isn't much better.

GREAT shoe

SAS is the only shoe I have worn for over 25 years. They are made right here in the United States. They are very comfortable. They wear well. The staff at SAS are very friendly and helpful.

My 'Go-to' shoe for decades!

I've now just recieved my 5th pair of this wonderful shoe. I've had 3 colors with repeats of the white ones over the years. They're an excellent fit....comfortable with perfect support for the long days. i wish I had the money I've spent on "other" shoes that 'didn't quite work'. The capper on why I contiinue to buy this model is that fabulous 'velcro-strap' closure. THAT makes them perfect. (as I hate dealing with string tie closures.} I'm so glad you continue to carry them!
A thought ....should you decide to sell other models with the strap closure....I'd given them a try too.....

I have only worn SAS shoes for years

I have had trouble with my feet for years. I had to have large toe boxes. If I didn't, my right big toe began to hurt almost as soon as the shoe was put on.

SAS shoes had shoes like that for women - I have had to buy men's shoes in the past. I had a friend gripe about ugly shoes, but I'd rather have a shoe that doesn't hurt than one that is 'cute.'

Now, I was told I should wear 7.5 DD shoes. Those also were uncomfortable and if I am paying $200 or so for shoes, they are not going to be uncomfortable. It had been so long since I had bought shoes I was shocked to learn there were no SAS stores in my area. I tried the SAS site and they didn't seem to carry what I wanted either. But I found them with you.

All I can say is, don't wait until the soles of your shoes fall off before you replace your shoes!

My Only Shoe

When I broke my foot years ago and knew I needed more support, I asked a foot surgeon who recommended SAS "Me Too" shoes. Since then I have been wearing them every day. I wore them so much that the first pair wore out on the soles and on the last two the soles came apart at the top. They definitely give me the support I need and the velcro closure is a must with scoliosis making it difficult to bend over.
