We offer free shipping for orders of $99+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping ships with UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days) or USPS(2-4 Days). We also offer a faster USPS Priority Mail option, ranging between $10-$15, which arrives 2-3 days after shipment.
We process online orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 12pm Central Time. Orders placed after 12pm Central Time will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product's warehouse location. UPS Ground deliveries occur Monday - Friday (Saturdays in certain cities), and USPS Priority Mail deliveries occur Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days from your order's delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Instructions will be printed on the invoice.
We will provide you with a Prepaid Return Label upon approval.
