Made in USA of Global Materials
SAS Orthotic inserts have been biomechanically designed to meet the exacting standards used by many professional foot care providers. SAS Orthotic Inserts can relieve many existing conditions, as well as prevent the development of foot health problems.
A non-slip, "stays-in-place" bottom surface on all SAS Orthotic Inserts - the result of a proprietary manufacturing process - allows for a more secure fit and better anatomical positioning of orthoses.
Available in half sizes only, but are made to fit whole and half sizes.
(ex: 5.5 insert fits size 5 and 5.5 shoes)
These footbeds come in 2 size widths (N-M) and (W - WW).
(N-M) fits either a Narrow or Medium shoe
(W - WW) fits either a Wide or a Double Wide shoe.
These inserts can be customized to fit most SAS shoes by trimming away excess material to fit your shoe’s size and width.

Special Design: Designed for those with diabetes, arthritis or other conditions that result in sensitive feet.
Multi-Density Support: Cushioning that is made from a combination of Plastazote® and open-cell polyurethane provide maximum support for the entire foot
Non-Slip Texture: Textured bottom is made to stay in place and resist slipping around in the shoe.
Self-Contouring: The foot bed is shaped over our exclusive SAS® last for an anatomical design. Foot bed molds to the shape of the foot for a more custom fit. A strong metatarsal and arch support offer total foot contact for those with medium to high arches.
Orders placed on the weekend should ship on Monday.
The SAS Difference
Over 45 Years of Experience
Started in 1976 with just 13 shoemakers in San Antonio, Texas. Today SAS Shoes are available across the globe.
While our numbers have grown, our mission has not. Our customer’s comfort comes first, and together we make that comfort possible.
Striding Towards Perfection
Just one pair of shoes may go through 100 different steps before completion. No corners are cut when manufacturing SAS Shoes.
Approximately 80 different skilled pairs of hands touch each shoe to make sure the SAS shoes you choose are the best made pair of footwear in your closet.
Staying True to Our Mission
The SAS mission is to create the most comfortable shoes in the world.
SAS Shoes are still manufactured in Texas, just as they were 40+ years ago. Our shoes are handcrafted from only the softest, highest quality leather.
There are 14 primary operations that take place in the Texas factories like leather selection, die-making, cutting, lasting and more. Each pair is made from the finest global materials available.
Not suitable for my Free Time shoes, same size as the shoes but don’t allow flex ion of toes. Feet feel cramped, with the inserts taking up too much space.
I have several pairs of SAS shoes which I love but these are not one of them. They seem a little too big. Same size I always order ??
I have been wearing the sneakers for years I love them
